Located on Norman’s Cay in the Bahamas, this residential development is characterized by the application of Marble Sachanas’ Perla marble across interior and exterior surfaces. Rather than serving a purely decorative function, marble finishes contribute to the spatial and architectural experience.
Within the interiors, Perla marble is used on large-format floors and across a variety of custom-fabricated solid elements, including bathtubs, integrated shower trays, sinks, countertops, and vanities. Each piece was produced to precise specifications to ensure seamless integration with the overall design.
Marble Sachanas oversaw the exclusive supply and fabrication of all marble components, selecting high-quality Perla marble blocks and managing the full transformation process. This ensured consistency in tone and finish across the various residences.
In wet areas such as bathrooms and kitchens, the stone was treated with anti-slip finishes, while polished or honed surfaces were used elsewhere to emphasize the material’s natural tonal range and reflectivity. The selection of finishes allowed the material to meet both functional and visual requirements.
